We intend in the coming few months to launch a rentals to homeowners wishing to increase their bookings. We know how frustrating it is to hear a Property Management company say they can rent your villa out for a guaranteed number of weeks, the reality this is hard to put in place and you either a large monthly bill on the front end or you are left frantically trying to fill weeks yourself. We however managed to rent our own home circa 30-38 weeks a year so we hope to share this success with you if required.
